Aber Serumun Deborah Appointed as New SSG by Gov. Alia, Replacing Prof. Alakali

Following Professor Joseph Alakali's resignation, Governor Hyacinth Alia has approved the appointment of Barrister Aber Serumun Deborah as the new Secretary to the State Government. The Governor expressed gratitude to Professor Alakali for his service and wished him success in addressing personal challenges.

 Barrister Aber, a skilled solicitor and arbitrator, is expected to leverage her wealth of experience and trustworthy record of service to drive success in her new role. Her appointment takes effect immediately, according to the governor's Chief Press Secretary , Mr Tersoo Kula.

Aber, is charged with focusing on the administration's objectives and prioritizing the state's needs in her day-to-day functions.
