The Presidential Election Tribunal headed by Judge Tsammani has just ruled that the FCT is one of the Nigeria's 36 states covered by Article 134(2) of the Constitution and that not having a 25% score is irrelevant.
The Court ruled that FCT has no special status and describes interpretation of Constitution Section 134(2)B as error .
The tribunal also stated that the electorial act made no provisions for electronic transmission of results.
