BREAKING: PDP Governorship Aspirant, Titus Uba Allegedly Sues, Rev .Fr Alia and APC In Benue APC

The Peoples Democratic Party and RT Hon Titus Uba as plaintiffs have sued Rev. Fr Hyacinth Alia, the All Progressive Congress,APC, 13 Gubernatorial aspirants and INEC in BENUE STATE. This was disclosed by Barr. Kamo Sende on Facebook.

Barr. Kamo Sende wrote;

"I have just received information that true to my prediction, One of the surfeit of legal suits to be brought against the APC is enroute. The Peoples Democratic Party and RT Hon Titus Uba as plaintiffs have sued the APC, INEC and the 13 Gubernatorial aspirants of the APC including Rev. Fr Hyacinth Alia. 

"The Plaintiffs have contended that the Defendants and indeed, the 3rd Defendant have breached mandatory statutory and constitutional provisions with respect to organizing a primary election and/sponsoring a candidate for the office of Governor of Benue State. 

"The matter is now subjudice and I will say no more; All I can say is, Alia’s mandate is now a subject of literature because the APC in Benue is careless. 

I had cautioned of this a few days ago but it appears the APC had other plans. 

I wish for them fair sails in the days to come — they’d need it; not from this premature suit necessarily — maybe — but those that would emanate from their carelessness.
