Robert William Pickton popularly nown as a Pig farmer was one of Canadian Most dangerous serial killer in the country's history.

Born October 24, 1949, Robert also known as  "The Butcher", is a Canadian serial k*ller, serial rap*st, former pig farmer, and potential cannibal, and was suspected of being one of Canada's best known murderers. prolific serial killers.

 Originally from Canada. After leaving school, Picton quit his job as a butcher and started working full-time on his family's pig farm. It is believed that he started k|lling people in the  1990s after making a profit from farming.   On February 22, 2002, Robert Pickton was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Sereena Abbotsway and Mona.  Following his arrest alot was unveiled which included him confessing to been responsible for numerous unresolved murders.

He was convicted of second-degree murder in  the deaths of six women in 2007; As a result of a long investigation, evidence of many other murders was obtained. Pickton was accused of murdering 20 more women, mostly from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside [3], but these charges were dropped by prosecutors in 2010.   Pickton was sentenced to life in prison with no  parole for 25 years; a maximum penalty for second degree Murder under Canadian law. Just when he was sentenced. On the  first day of  the trial, during which evidence was presented to the jury, prosecutors said Pickton  confessed to forty-nine murders to an undercover agent in the Bureau of Investigation. Prosecutors say Pickton told the officer  he wanted to kill another woman to turn fifty and  was arrested because he was "sloppy."

It was also revealed that Pickton served his victims to friends who paid him a visit at his home. Although it was not explained further if his friends had any Idea they were been served human parts as beef.

Investigators however , led a team where they carried out excavations at his Farm  until November 2003; At the end of 2003, the cost of the search was estimated at $70 million, according to the provincial government. 

The property is currently fenced and approved by the  British Columbia government.   Meanwhile, all  buildings on the property were demolished except for a small house. Investigation proved difficult as the body may have decomposed or been  eaten by insects and pigs on the farm.
