IJEOMA: Killer of Enugu-based makeup artist sentenced to death by hanging

A court sitting in Enugu State on Wednesday sentenced Chiamaka Ifezue to death by hanging for k!lling an Enugu-based makeup artist, Ijeoma Nweke four years ago.

The incidence which occurred on 11th of November 2020 has been brought to an end following the verdict.

Before the sentence, it could be recalled that the two siblings, Emeka & Chiamaka Ifezue both lured Ijeoma with a make-up gig for an event which unfortunately led to her demise.  

According to the details, Chiamaka and her brother forced ijeoma to drink poison on her arrival, then they poured acide on her for allegedly sleeping with her boyfriend, afterwards they dumped her body by the roadside.

 The two would have gotten away with the heinous crime but unfortunately, love smitten Chiamaka had to confess it to her boyfriend who then raised alarm.
