BBNaija Housemate, Angel Opens Up On Suicide Attempt

 Angel Agnes Smith popularly  known as  Angel has  opened up on her  struggle with  mental  health   and how she  almost  end  it all  back in March 2023.

The BBNaija All Stars housemate/ former housemate  in the Season 6  edition of the show (Shine ya eye), disclosed this  during a  conversation with fellow housemate Soma on Tuesday.

She said, "I numbed myself out after my suicide  attempt in March  because it  got so chaotic. Fame divided me into  pieces and left  those  pieces  on the  floor for me to  pick up. It broke me.

"Every time I get into  an argument  in this  house, I say to myself, do I even  want to be here? I  remember how I  got here. No one  in this  house  knows this.  I have suffered," she added.

Mental  health is  real please  always ask for  help  don't  wait for it to deepen  before  seeking  help.
