He asked the driver by the name Emmanuel to meet him at a Government Reserved Area (GRA) hotel in Benin City.

The driver had thought it was business as usual but never made it out alive as he got there. It was revealed that Dr Adeyemi injected him with a lethal injection causing Emmanuel to die on the spot and he dumped the lifeless body on the roadside along Benin-Akure Road before driving the vehicle to Osun State.
