Security operatives however arrested the alleged perpetrator, a 32-year-old identified as Filippo Claudio Giuseppe Ferlazzo, who says Ogorchukwu touched his girlfriend’s arm as he tried to sell them trinkets near the train station.

An eye witness said, Ogorchukwu who was a vendor, called on a customer to buy what he was selling by simply touching her and that was it. Even though the lady in person said she didn't feel threatened in anyway, her supposed male companion continued to launch a brutal attack on the vendor.
