Jeremiah Ode, has been charged at a Makurdi Magistrate Court in Benue State for the grim homicide and eating of 65-year-old Priscilla Adoga.

Examiner Omaye Ujata, the Prosecuting Police Officer, let the court know that the episode which happened on Friday, August 19, was accounted for to the police by Silas Igiri of Oju Local Government Area.

As per Igiri's report, the 45-year-old went to the farm where his uncle's wife, Priscilla, was working and k!lled her using a cutlass.

Subsequent to slashing off Priscilla's head, he arranged pepper soup with it in that general area on the spot and was eating it when he was caught.

Sources locally let newsmen know that, when Priscilla didn't get back from the farm at the typical time, her family members went looking for her, just to track down Jeremiah, known locally to be intellectually disturbed, having a feast of the lady's head.

At the point when inquired as to why he did that, Jeremiah supposedly said he just began with the head after which he would continue to her body.

At the point when requested that by the Police give his record of the occurrence, Jeremiah purportedly described how he and Priscilla battled each other until he overwhelmed her.

The Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Regina Alagh, in this manner, requested that the blamed be remanded at the Federal Correctional Center, Makurdi after he pleaded guilty.
