Don Awunah, an Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) has died.
According to his Personal Assistant,the late AIG Don Awunah, died in the early hours of Monday, 23rd May 2022 at a private hospital in Abuja, where he was receiving treatment.
He died after a brief illness , report says. Though,a source who spoke with Evadosh blog claimed the late BENUE born police officer had diabetes and previously suffered a stroke which he has been treating for a while now. Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumiyiwa Adejobi, also confirmed he passed away on Monday morning.
The late inspector is survived by his wife and family.
God rest his soul.
