Hon Titus Uba emerges the BENUE PDP Governorship Consensus

Rt. Hon Titus Uba ,the present serving Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly has emerged the PDP Governorship Consensus aspirant from the 14 Tiv speaking LGAs, representing Zone A.

He will be contesting against his only opponent and the Deputy Governor of Benue state, representing zone C, Engr Benson Abounu at the PDP Governorship primaries coming up in May, 2022.

Zone B which is currently occupying the number one political seat of the state will not present Candidate.

In the meantime, a consensus may still be reached between the two aspirants before the governorship primaries.

It was a unanimous and a rancour free decision by all the political blocs.
