Gov.Ortom host Miss Dooshima Avar who Came 9th overall best speller out of 103 in the world

Miss Dooshima Avar awarded by the BENUE state government months after making Nigeria proud at the world spelling Bee in Dubai.

Yesterday, Gov.Samuel Ortom hosted Miss Dooshima Avar of Princess Adeja International College, Akaajime, Gboko and as gifted her the sum of #500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) for appreciation of hardwork and dedication to academic excellence.

Miss Dooshima who was accompanied by the school principal Mr Sam Davis and other staff of the school is been rewarded months after she represented Nigeria in far away Dubai for a world spelling Bee competition where she emerged 9th overall best speller out of 103 participants scoring 73 out of 100 points.
