Nicki Minaj Drags Lawyer To Court For Trying To Tarnish Her Reputation [FULL DETAILS]

American Megastar, Nicki Minaj through her attorney,Judd Burstein has filed over 300 pages of sanctions against a clout chasing lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn who has been harrasing her over years with a baseless lawsuits. Judd, seeks punishment against Mr Blackburn over "reprehensible" and "disgraceful" behavior and demands he pays $300 thousand legal fee incurred by Nicki in trying to defend herself over his frivolous case. 

The sanctions which was filed by Nick's attorney, Judd Bernstein went through on the 11th of April, 2022.

This sanctions is coming months after Ms Jennifer Hough through her attorney, Tyrone Blackburn had filled a 20million lawsuit against Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty claiming the couple had harassed her into recanting her 1994 attempted r*pe story which she later dropped after failing to provide any proof or evidence.

For those who do not know the background story. In 1994, a 16year old Jennifer Hough accused Mr Petty ,who was then 15-years-old of attempted r*pe which he took a plea deal for and previously served jail time , even though he repeatedly denied the allegations stating Ms Hough was a "willing participant".

"I was never convicted of r*pe but attempted R*pe. The accuser was a willing participant". Mr Kenneth said in his defense statement.

During the trial,it was proven Jenn had lied on the couple having failed to prove her story and immediately dropped to avoid being sanctioned. Inspite of not having any evidence to proof her allegations, Tyrone Blackburn continued pandering to the public and news media for attention.

It could be recalled Judd, had threatened to file a sanction against him and to also settle all legal fee of his client. Well he kept to his words and the Sanctions has gone through.

According to the sanctions, Jennifer’s lawyer admitted to leaking emails to TMZ, then attempted to backtrack by implying the Chun-LI rapper did it. 

Judd's sanction doc's also sighted Jennifer 's interview with "The Real" talk show where both lied on his client which was basically an attempt to tarnish her reputation and gaged her into silence for a monetary settlement.

Billboard reports that Judd in his statement said ;

"No lawyer should be permitted to walk away unscathed after making an allegation of this kind – especially because Mr. Blackburn knew that it would find its way into the public domain due to the media and other attention paid to the docket in this case”.

"He is arrogantly and incomprehensibly contending that his conduct in this case was appropriate".

“He should not be permitted to walk away from this Court believing that he is free to victimize Ms. Maraj a second time with the same baseless claims.”

In the docs Blackburn claimed that Minaj was a member of Queens street gang called the Makk Ballers – a move Burstein called “a bad faith effort to generate extremely negative media coverage.”

He continued that, Blackburn included false claims against him, Burstein; like a letter filed on a public court docket that accused Burstein of having a “sick obsession” with the wife of Steven Gordon, one of Hough’s former attorneys. Burstein called that claim “outrageous” and “designed solely to harass him and tar his reputation.”

“He is arrogantly and incomprehensibly contending that his conduct in this case was appropriate,”. 

“He should not be permitted to walk away from this Court believing that he is free to victimize Ms. Maraj a second time with the same baseless claims.

In terms of punishment, Minaj and Burstein want a ruling forcing Blackburn to repay legal bills incurred by Nicki Minaj while defending the case, as well as an order referring him to the court’s disciplinary committee for potential additional punishment.
