The Kardashians clan who have been called out severally for photoshoping how they look in real life have been hit with controversy a day after Kim Kardashian is been accused of ripping off Marilyn Monroe's iconic dress which she wore to the Met Gala in May 2022.

It's been reported that Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress worn by Kim Kardashian at the Met Gala has reportedly been ripped off and damaged. 

The dress now shows signs of tearing, and several crystals are missing. This has angered so many fans of the Iconic actress who have taken to internet lambasting the reality star for tempering with "history".

Prior to the 2022 Met Gala,it was revealed that the legendary actress, Marilyn Monroe had requested the dress be worn just by her and nobody else after her passing. But that changed the day Kim wore it

Marilyn Diaries,a fan page dedicated to the late actress reacting to the ripped dress wrote;

"The dress now shows signs of tearing, and several crystals are either missing hanging off of it.

The historic Marilyn Monroe dress has been damaged. The sheer material is frayed & ripped around the zipper & some crystals have popped off from Kim Kardashian attempting to squeeze into it. A piece of Hollywood history has lost its flawless magnificence. Shame".

"The real villain in the Kim Kardashian wrecking Marilyn Monroe's dress at the Met Gala is culture's worship of the rich. Why didn't they tell her "no"? She didn't even FIT in the damn dress!

That been said, some unflattering photos of the Kardashians behind the scenes at the Met have been going round and they look nothing near to what was seen on the read carpet.
